Loved the place, had a very pleasant stay for a long business trip at the consulate. Location was secure, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Las Misiones Mall. - Short walk to the nearby consulate and the USA embassy. - Good restaurants around the area. - Staff was professional, kept everything impeccably clean and really good.

They gave an a double room with kitchenette and 2 TVs, as example as we booked. A microwave and an electric kettle were available too.

This hotel offers spotless rooms. The staff is caring. The breakfast is free. The food is amazing. The hotel has a perfect setting, close to a major crossroads, mall, consulate, and medical facilities.

Stayed for 9 nights in this comfortable and incredibly beautiful place, really enjoyed that. The location was secure, just a short walk away from Las Misiones Mall. It was located in a very nice area so close to the city's biggest shopping center, a lovely base for me. The staff were caring and very attentive day and night.

Personnel were very courteous and helpful. Premises generally well-maintained and attractive in appearance. Restrooms well-cleaned. Digital thermostat for temperature control. On hand tranportation.

Complimentary breakfast lacked in options and quality. Ironing kit was inconvenient (room demographics did not allow for convenient placement of ironing board to accomodate the iron´s abnormally short cord) and ironing boards were not immediately available. Housekeeping apparently seems short-staffed (our room was not reached at least twice). Pool was not as attractive as advertised. Would have preferred to have known that the showers were stand-up only. Security needs to be increased to monitor who enters and leaves (non-residents were asking for assistance in the computer room)

The location was exceptionally nice, with shopping centers and a pharmacy within walking distance. I was happy to find Denny's nearby, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and they served nice food.

Our room was wonderful and comfortable, complete with a kitchenette.

The room we stayed in was awesome! It had a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, central heating, and a safe to keep our stuff secure. 🌟 Also, it was in a great spot, super close to all the shops and a cafeteria too.
